Proclaiming the Gospel and Encouraging Biblical Discernment
MEDITATION!—Pathway to Wellness or Doorway to the Occult?
Booklet by Ray Yungen
In the Western world today, meditation has become a kind of cure-all for all manner of mental and physical problems, for both young and old alike. Most people in the modern world see meditation as more of a therapeutic practice than a spiritual one. But as I’ve illustrated in this booklet, intent is not the main factor in determining the outcome of meditation practice. Before you or a loved one accepts the premise that meditation is a pathway to wellness, please give the contents of this booklet your most serious consideration.
For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. (Proverbs 8:11)

The products on our site provide excellent research documentation, and they speak the truth about issues confronting the Church today. They also encourage believers in Jesus Christ to uphold the Word of God and remain steadfast in the truth of the Gospel. Our good friend and colleague Ray Yungen—now in Heaven—would've done about anything to get the truth of the Gospel into your hands. May you enjoy his books and the other resources we have.
"Ray was a man who loved life, loved people, and loved God. His tenderhearted manner touched all who came to know him. In addition to his researching and writing, he enjoyed spending time over a good cup of coffee with friends, listening to music, and being in nature. Ray had a zeal for truth and was passionate in his desire to help others find and know truth as well. He loved God’s Word and used it as a measuring rod in all he did and believed. Ray’s research and writing ministry impacted tens of thousands of people throughout the world, and he will be sorely missed by many. He has left an indelible imprint on the Christian church that will be remembered for years to come. Ray’s writings and lectures will continue to be distributed through his publisher, Lighthouse Trails Publishing"
